Zigolo Mg 12 is a three-axis aircraft with a high wing with 2 struts and 2 jury struts. According to the main configuration it is powered by pushing propeller (see paragraph) or towed to be used as a glider. It has a two wheel amortized landing gear, which is installed almost in the centre of gravity to simplify the movements on the ground, while there is a small wheel in the tail.
The Zigolo has a tubular aluminum frame. The parts are fixed with bolts and rivets.
The whole structure of the aircraft is made from the assembly of the two wings with the central module and the engine support, which all together support the tail.
The controls are operated in the traditional way using tie rods for the rudder and Bowden cables for the pitch and roll. The aircraft has no trim neither flaps.
The lining of the wing surfaces is done in Shrink Dacron cloth with painted finish.

Anyone who buys the ZIGOLO MG12 kit will be entitled to have the TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE by the designer Francesco Di Martino Aviad And his ditributor.
The drawings will be provided and shared on a Drop Box folder. The purpose of this system is to keep you informed and updated on the aircraft and its upgrade.

ZIGOLO MG12 kit will be accompanied by illustrated assembly manuals of (Aviad) Francesco di Martino. To give you always updated manuals, the manuals will be shared on a drop box folder.
Inside Drop Box folder you will find folder with the symbol tables, the tables are initialed with the letter M followed by the number that represents the block eg: M001 M002 etc.
Inside the folder there's another component that contains the photos shown in the table.
For each table on Sheet 1 you will find exploded view of material that will help you to recover the pieces to build particular.
For each table on Sheet 2 will find the representation of the pieces that you need for mounting the particular.
The marks for each component will characterize MODEL PLANE \ TABLE \ COMPONENT
For each table you will find the following letters that will help you distinguish the piece on each plate and tube you will find that you will have the same initials engraved on the manual.

The construction of the ZIGOLO MG12 is a simple construction, the components are designed for easy assembly, is not required specific equipment. The ZOGOLO MG12 is made of aluminum tubing, sheet metal bent and drilled and the components are produced with numerical control and treated to prevent rusting. Their assembly will be made by rivets and bolts. Here is a list of few facilities that are needed:

The Kit of ZIGOLO MG12 is controled by bar code each pieces have his bar code, the process of packing use scale and pesonalized software to check component and detail each exit of stock, on the document of zigolo other small program is given to permit customer find by barcode the true pack where find the component searched.
